I directed the end-to-end execution of a $20M ARR enterprise program, orchestrating alignment across Marketplace, Scheduling, and Operations to fulfill 8,000+ weekly shifts. As the client scaled, I standardized scheduling operations across 2,800+ locations, supporting the program’s growth to $160M in ARR. Simultaneously, I managed a six-person Customer Support team, where I consolidated fragmented workflows and automated over 50% of tickets to slash response times by over 90%.
